This adorable anchor is made of sturdy 1/2" thick MDF. MDF is a smooth wood product that is great for painting (I love to spray paint it!). It is thicker than what you will get from most stores and other vendors so that it is sturdier but still relatively light for easy hanging. It is 22" tall and 15" wide, the perfect size for a front door, nautical themed bedroom, or even a lake or beach house.

If you choose the unpainted option it will come as two pieces (the price includes the anchor and the letter) so be sure to request the letter when you order. You can paint the two pieces two different colors like in all my pictures and then simply wood glue them together. The polka dot one I spray painted and then once that dried I just hand painted some cute polka dots on it. Be creative!

If you choose the painted option please let me know what color you want for the anchor and what color for the letter. I will go ahead and wood glue them together as well so your piece will come ready to hang even with a coordinating bow!
